Total cost of expenditure
The total cost of your shopping cart is indicative as it depends on the actual weight of the product; the final cost will be finalized upon weighing and communicated to the customer upon shipment or collection.
Goods collection
The purchased product must be collected on the day indicated by the customer in the online order placed on the agraja.it website. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be charged.
Gift Cards can be collected directly from the Pescheria or, at the customer's request, shipped to the address indicated at the time of ordering.
Satisfied or refunded
All our products are covered by a warranty for defects or flaws inherent to the product itself. These defects must be reported to info@agraja.it within 12 hours of collection. At PL Agraja Srl's discretion, the product may be replaced with an equivalent product or refunded to the customer upon return of the goods to PL Agraja Srl.
Availability of goods
Since the products handled by PL Agraja Srl are fresh goods subject to perishable conditions, seasonality, and speed of transportation, we cannot always guarantee the completeness of the assortment listed on the website. We will promptly communicate via email any issues related to the supply of the products requested in the customer's order and recommend alternatives or postpone the collection date.

Registration is required to purchase products.

Storage of goods
PL Agraja Srl delivers the product to customers in packaging suitable for food and transport. Since the products we sell are highly perishable, they must be kept at a constant temperature ranging from +2 to +6 degrees Celsius for fresh products and from 0 to -18 degrees Celsius for frozen products. Any prolonged temperature fluctuations could compromise the organoleptic properties of the product, making it unsuitable for consumption. PL Agraja Srl is not responsible for improper storage by the customer during transport to their home or for the storage of the purchased product at their home.
Consumption of products
Fresh and frozen raw products sold by PL Agraja Srl must always be cooked before consumption. Products intended for raw consumption (seafood crudités) have been previously frozen in accordance with the law. Consumption must be within 48 hours of receiving the order.
